I went to get the nut for my bike today. On the way to the hd dealership, I stopped by 2 auto supply shops and a home depot. None of them carried the right nuts. The dealership didn’t have any in stock. Like a crackhead stooping to the lowest level, I even went into a honda dealership to see if they might have the nut. After all, it was an 11mm nut. Just what a metric nut is doing on my HD is a different story… nay tragedy. I wound up ordering 4 from the dealership. I want extra on hand in case I loose this nut again. I don’t want to go through this ordeal again.

My friend suggested I call him if I couldn’t get it at the dealership. I got there and discovered that I’d left my phone at home. Well, that’s the way the cookie crumbles. I’ll have the parts by next Saturday, so she’ll be up and running by the afternoon. Unless it rains…
