I love it.  First they say that physicists don’t know exactly how magnets work.  Physicists have some understanding but there are still phenomana that they don’t understand.  The very next sentence they propose to explain exactly how magnets work.

I see that a lot when scientific knowledge is presented to the average person.  What Science doesn’t know is glossed over and made to seem inconsequential. We are the pinnacle of evolution and know  all the important bits about life, the universe and everything. That seems to be the prevailing message from Scientists.
