I heard the news today.  The last 4 protestors occupying the refuge in Oregon have decided to turn themselves in.  They were in an untenable position without the support of the American people.

LaVoy Finicum was murdered by government agents.
I’ve listened to the statements made by Mark McConnell, Shawna Cox and Victoria Sharp.  Cox and Sharp were in the same vehicle as Finicum and their testimony contradicts McConnell’s.  McConnell was in a second vehicle that was stopped about a mile behind (according to McConnell) where the murder took place and admitted that he didn’t see what actually happened and that he was going on second-hand reports.

Was Finicum left-handed?
I watched the raw footage of the shooting.

• Finicum is walking away from the truck with his hands in the air.  He stumbles a bit and reaches toward his left-side with first his left arm and then his right arm.  At this time, there are two government agents standing towards the rear of the blue pickup truck in lower right of the video.
• Immediately after Finicum reaches down to his left side, blue truck agent 2 turns and runs back towards the nearby white truck.  Why did agent 2 disengage, turn his back and head towards the other pickup truck?  Agent 1 has been advancing towards Finicum the whole time.
• Finicum then appears to point with his left arm.  Was he trying to point to agent 2?
• Finicum starts stumbling around counter-clockwise while agent 3 comes out from the trees to finish the execution.

I’ve watched the video dozens of times, trying to understand what happened there.  Actions speak louder than words, so while I don’t know what words were spoken, I can witness the actions.

Finicum came out of the truck with his hands in the air.  Agent 2 betrayed him and shot Finicum in the side.  Finicum realized the betrayal and in his dying breaths tried to point to the Judas then reach for his side-arm in some feeble, last-ditch attempt at self-defense.

Finicum was murdered; he was shot down in cold blood.  For what?  What had he done that was so urgent that it required taking his life?  Had he murdered someone?  Had he robbed from anyone?
