If we want to end the violence then we need to face some unpleasant facts.
Blacks make up 12% of the population but are responsible for over 50% of the crimes.
That’s why cops are jumpy around black people.  It has little to do with racism.  Odds are, the white guy that the cop just pulled over is not a criminal.  Odds are, the black guy is.

Why is it that whites reserve their racism exclusively for the black race?  Why are asians, for example,  immune to this alleged institutional racism?
