Right.  I’m about done with the local Ag Power dealership.  Unless they do right by me, I will not do any more business with them.

They have awful customer service. Don’t waste your time leaving a message for the service/shop department. No one will call you back.

It takes weeks for them to send a mobile mechanic (if they even show up) and weeks for them to fix the problem once they have your mower in the shop. I had them replace the carb on my mower and now it’s burning oil.

I’d recommend finding an old cooter under a shade tree before thinking about getting your mower serviced here.
