Jesus Christ, NPR.  This is why all federal funding should be cut off to this forum for progressive propaganda.  “Tommy” sues “Amanda” because he kills Amanda’s child in a car wreck… and wins.  Because emotional distress.

The entire episode was devoted to justifying Tommy’s lawsuit and why he deserved to win.  He did not deserve to win, and just by filing the lawsuit he’s shown that he’s a complete untermensch.

Tommy’s justification for the lawsuit was that he was traumatized by the death.  He didn’t feel like a man anymore because a man would have been able to prevent the wreck.   Grow up, Tommy.

But the saddest part of the episode was hearing that the Supreme Court upheld his victory in the lawsuit.  Progressivism has infected all branches of the federal government.
